The municipality of Gräfelfing is located south of Pasing, the westernmost district of the state capital Munich. The Gräfelfing conurbation is connected to the local transport network via the Lochham and Gräfelfing stops on the S6 S-Bahn line. There is also a fast connection via the A96 and Munich Airport can be reached quickly in less than 30 minutes. Gräfelfing is characterized by detached houses and smaller apartment buildings with large gardens.
