The White Tower. Built in 1906 in the Art Nouveau style, the tower, which has always been a landmark of the Nikola district of Landshut, has been shining in new splendor since 2020 after a core renovation in line with the preservation order. A masterpiece of urban architecture was created on a total of 12 levels with absolute professionalism and attention to detail dedicated to the tradition of old architecture. A daytime café on the first floor with an open space on the square, six modern office levels and, as a highlight, an event location designed over two floors and an apartment in the top of the tower, combine discreet working with the tower's valuable public appeal to the city. An 8-person elevator connects the levels comfortably and barrier-free, from the storage rooms and the 10 associated parking spaces in the underground car park, up to the event room with clock gallery and the wonderful view of Landshut.
